Meet the Author

Hello, my name is Juan Fonseca. Welcome to my multimedia portfolio. This curated collection showcases the steady advancement and refinement of my multimedia production skills, while also providing a platform to advocate for an issue I am deeply passionate about. Throughout my time in this course, I have acquired hands on experience using a variety of creative software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and CapCut. By exploring different digital mediums, I have learned numerous multimedia techniques, and this portfolio highlights the extensive technical growth, effort, and dedication reflected in each of my projects. Each piece serves as a testament to my evolving creative process and practical skill set.

A little more about me is that I am a recent UC Santa Barbara graduate with a degree in Biological Anthropology and Sociology. Driven by a long-standing interest in graphic design and photo editing, I took WRIT 105 as one of the final courses of my undergraduate career to gain various multimedia skills. To share a bit more about myself, I grew up in Santa Paula, CA, which is located relatively close to Goleta. This summer, I am dedicated to studying for the LSAT, and I plan to begin applying to law school in the fall.
